Daragh has worked for over 20 years with the Smurfit Kappa Group, the European market leader in paper-based packaging and POS displays, in a variety of roles including operations, marketing and sales management in Dublin, Paris and Amsterdam. He has developed and managed significant pan European B2B sales, winning and retaining business with major global brands. Most recently, Daragh was responsible for the development of Smurfit Kappa’s Point of Sale Display business across Europe.

She is a Board Member of the Canadian Research Insights Council and Committee Member of the Standards Council of Canada. Diana served as Chair of the Neuromarketing Science and Business Association (NMSBA, 2012-2018) and won the Best in Class Research Award from the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA). At True Impact, Diana drives growth for mid to large organizations including Canada Post, General Motors, Colgate-Palmolive, Costco, Miller Coors and other Fortune 500s. Possessing a track record of developing capabilities through innovation and technology partnerships, with solutions applied globally across all categories and customer channels within a challenging fast paced environment. Past board member of intelliFLEX Innovation Alliance, Christine is known as a leader in the smart packaging industry and used this expertise in her latest role to identify and deliver new innovations and technologies on a global scale that add value, improve sustainability, increase consumer engagement and protect brands. With her years of acquired knowledge and experience in the area of packaging Christine continues to add value with sustainable new innovations and meaningful partnerships that bring new solutions to life.
Over the past three decades John has been a leader in packaging, research and development for one of the worlds largest consumer packaged goods companies. He has worked internationally for more than half of his career and has traveled across five continents studying and improving packaging systems for customers, shoppers, consumers and the environment. In 2006 he created the global customer packaging program that brought much needed strategic, technical thinking to packaging and merchandising solutions and how they influence sales performance for the customers and shoppers. His latest role was as a global innovation leader bringing leading edge smart packaging design into the business. The past 28 years of experience, along with the excellent partner network he has developed, continues to focus on bringing sustainable, innovative packaging solutions to market.
Bill has 40+ years in procurement, manufacturing, sourcing and engineering of packaging and merchandising solutions. Operating out of the UK his established network of global contacts and supply partners brings significant value opportunity to the AotC programs and client base.
Tim has 18+ years in packaging development and manufacturing experience within the FMCG and CPG sectors. Tim applies his design and operations experience to the AotC client base: from concept design and specification, manufacturing performance, consumer usage through to impact on the environment.
